We’re looking forward to introducing you to Sandra Rowe. Check out our conversation below.
Hi Sandra, thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: What makes you lose track of time—and find yourself again?
When I’m guiding others through a healing journey — whether in a family constellation, a cacao ceremony, or a shamanic session — time simply dissolves. In those moments, there’s no separation between myself, the person I’m supporting, and the field that holds us. I lose track of minutes and hours, but I find my truest self in that quiet pulse of connection.
There’s also a deep stillness I enter when I’m by the ocean. Water has always been my teacher. Its rhythm mirrors the flow I strive to live by — constant movement, yet complete surrender. That’s where I remember who I am beyond roles or expectations: a soul in service, listening, guided by love.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Sandra Rowe, founder of EmPath To Healing, where I guide people through deep emotional and ancestral transformation. My work brings together family and systemic constellations, shamanic healing, and ceremonial cacao — all supported by intuitive channeling and mediumship.
For a long time, I balanced this calling with corporate work, but I recently took the full leap into self-employment and formalized my practice through my LLC. That move wasn’t just about structure — it was about fully trusting where life has been leading me.
EmPath To Healing is rooted in the belief that when one person heals, something shifts in the collective. At the core of my work is the remembrance that we’re never separate from love or from those who came before us. Whether I’m channeling messages from the unseen or guiding someone through ancestral repair, my purpose is to help them remember that truth.
Okay, so here’s a deep one: What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
Disconnection often begins with unacknowledged pain — the stories, fears, and loyalties we carry without realizing they aren’t ours. In families, these patterns can stretch back generations. When they remain unseen, they quietly guide our choices and create distance, even when love is present.
What restores the bond is truth. Not the kind we debate, but the kind we feel when something inside finally clicks — when we see our parents, ancestors, or ourselves with compassion instead of judgment. That moment softens everything. In constellations, I witness it all the time: a sigh, a tear, a shift in the body, and suddenly connection is possible again.
Healing, to me, is remembering that separation was never real — only the pain that made it seem that way.
What have been the defining wounds of your life—and how have you healed them?
Two of my deepest wounds have been abandonment and unworthiness — the sense that love could leave at any moment, and that I somehow had to prove I was deserving of it. Those patterns shaped much of my life. They showed up in relationships, in moments of success, and even in how I received support from others.
For a long time, I tried to outrun those feelings by being self-reliant and strong. But real healing began when I stopped trying to rise above them and started meeting them with tenderness. Through constellation work and my own spiritual practice, I began to see how these wounds weren’t just personal — they echoed through my ancestral line. I could feel generations of people who also longed to be seen, held, and safe.
Recognizing that allowed me to release the shame and soften. It taught me that healing doesn’t mean erasing the wound; it means allowing love to finally reach the places that never received it.
Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What truths are so foundational in your life that you rarely articulate them?
One truth I live by is that love never disappears — it only gets covered by pain, misunderstanding, or fear. When we make space for that love to surface again, healing begins almost effortlessly.
Another truth is that everything is connected — the personal and the ancestral, the physical and the spiritual. When one person heals, something shifts in the collective. None of us are ever truly alone in this process; we’re held by those who came before us, and by energies that quietly walk beside us.
And perhaps the one I hold closest: we are far more powerful than we realize. The same force that created oceans, stars, and new life also moves through us. When we remember that, we stop looking outside ourselves for healing and start recognizing that we are the medicine. Everything I’ve learned keeps pointing back to simplicity — presence, love, and gratitude.
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. If you laid down your name, role, and possessions—what would remain?
What would remain is presence — the quiet awareness that watches everything come and go but never leaves, it just transforms. Beneath all the titles, achievements, and stories, there’s that steady pulse of love that keeps breathing through it all. If I laid everything down, I think I’d still be doing what I do now, just without words — holding space, listening, connecting, with the highest level of compassion. It’s who I am at my core. EmPath To Healing is simply one expression of that essence, a way for love to move through form. And when everything else falls away, what remains is gratitude — for the souls I meet, for the ancestors, spirits, and forces of nature that walk beside me, and for this living, breathing Earth that keeps teaching me what it is I came here to do. In the end, it’s all relationship — a great remembering of how connected we’ve always been.
