Let’s jump in with a fun one: What are you most proud of building — that nobody sees?
Working on developing positive habits consistently. Honoring what I value, trusting my own intuition, and making decisions that align with my authentic self. The personality trait that many don’t see is, I have a solution-driven approach. I’m not big on small talk.Preference is to remain focused on results.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I am Shanikka Hyman, my brand is
Insightful sister which is about Encouragement and Inspiration.

We inspire others to mentally grow, learn, and aim to reach their full potential by providing resources , products and tips for the mind , body , and soul. Our mission is to create a space for people to uplift themselves in all aspects of their lives.Each one teach one.

Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
My mother saw me clearly before I could see myself.

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
Live for you , set boundaries
with whoever , wherever , whenever.

Completion of a Crimnal Justice Degree.

Nikka had respect for others , she treating everyone with respect, regardless of their background or status, her interactions were genuine not performative.
