Tysen , so good to connect and we’re excited to share your story and insights with our audience. There’s a ton to learn from your story, but let’s start with a warm up before we get into the heart of the interview. What makes you lose track of time—and find yourself again?
Any activity involving imagination, time and silence is the foundation of creating. I lose track of time and connect with my higher self through this process.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Tysen Knight, renowned as an International Artist, Muralist, and Award-Winning Filmmaker,
captivates audiences with his vibrant pop and street art style.
Tysen’s documentary, “The Art Of Hustle: Street Art Documentary,” marks a pivotal success,
transitioning him from a street artist to a recognized gallery contributor. Chronicling his journey,
the documentary, initiated in October 2016, illuminates the dedication required to achieve
dreams and sheds positive light on street art.
The accolades continue to pour in for Tysen’s impactful work. His documentary “The Art Of
Hustle: Street Art Documentary” clinched the Best Feature Film award at the Oregon
Documentary Film Festival in 2018. Subsequently, his second film, “The Art Of Hustle:
Homeless Street Artist Documentary,” earned him the Best Director Award at the Marina del
Rey Film Festival in 2019.
Tysen Knight’s philanthropic and artistic brilliance have garnered him numerous awards
and accolades, solidifying his legacy as a beacon of creativity and compassion in the global art
community.
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
The moment I truly understood creating art and how my artwork help generations of student and people become inspired, hopeful and create valuable moments in their lives. This has become my life mission and purpose.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
Don’t carry unnecessary burdens, “Observe, don’t absorb”
I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. Is the public version of you the real you?
Authenticity is the best use of energy and inspiration. There is uniquely only one you, don’t hide that pure version from the world.

Being creative, inspiring others, feeling humble and blessed to wake up every day and be selected to carry out important tasks, missions and purpose in this universe.
