Balancing military service, music, and entrepreneurship, Syncere is carving out a path defined by discipline and intention. Drawing from his experience in the Army, he’s developed structured habits and a clear sense of direction that have translated directly into his artistic and business growth. While viral success with tracks like “Poison” marked a breakthrough, launching his own online store stands as his most meaningful milestone — proof of a loyal and invested fanbase. From international collaborations that broaden his sound to high-profile moments like New York Fashion Week, Syncere continues to expand his reach while staying grounded in his mission: showing others that with focus, consistency, and belief, building a multifaceted career is entirely possible.
Syncere, you’re balancing military service, music, and entrepreneurship. How has your experience in the Army shaped your discipline and approach to building your career?
The military has taught me many ways to effectively build good habits and establish my goals. Since I’ve been in the military I have had a steady direction in my life of where I want my projection to be. Translating this over to my music career I have used these good habits to establish building my music career from the ground up. I’ve been able to set goals for my music financially and have been able to accomplish getting paid from music, getting performance opportunities, and much more.
This year has brought major milestones, from launching your online store to hitting millions of views on “Poison”. Which achievement has felt the most meaningful to you so far?
Honestly me launching my first business online has been my biggest milestone. I definitely am grateful for the millions of views and streams on my song but having my store actually having people to invest in my products shows me I have an actual fan base who supports and cares about my music.
You recently completed your first international collaboration. How did that experience influence your sound and perspective as an artist?
This most recent collaboration helped me to understand that there are different sounds and taste of music. I was very glad to experience another culture and it helped me to write lyrics differently for this specific song. It has also made me want to do another collaboration.
Walking in New York Fashion Week and connecting with major artists is a big moment. How are you leveraging these opportunities to expand your brand?
I used this opportunity to network with different designers and models to make them aware of my brand.
As you continue growing in music, business, and leadership, what message do you hope your journey sends to others watching your rise?
I want people to know that nothing is impossible to accomplish or do as long as you give your best efforts. You can achieve anything that you want to in this world.
