We’re looking forward to introducing you to Tiffany Walker. Check out our conversation below.

Hi Tiffany, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: What do you think others are secretly struggling with—but never say?
Mental health! mental health! mental health! I can’t stress it enough so many people are battling in silance or have loved ones that are.

The lack of mental health resources, education, and support system can greatly impacts the ability for someone to experience a better quality of life.. When someone faces, mental health issues alone without any tools or resources it can often stunts ones growth to be the very best version of themselves. We all deserve to walk in our purpose and experience the best quality of life that is possible. The thing about mental health is that it can affect anyone of us at any given moments whether it’s chronically or just a moment in life..

We must continue to acknowledge our feelings, don’t be to proud to ask for help, and educate ourselves to be of help to self and others.

Your mental health is just as important as physical health and your outside appearance. Don’t suffer in silence, this may be the one thing that is standing in the way of your dreams.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
Lack of communication, one way communication, disrespect, and dismissive behavior are things that I have learned later in life causes cracks in the foundation. Some things and people are seasonal, but if you believe that the bond should be restored than you must come to the table with patience, respect, willingness to communicate and sometimes the ability to be vulnerable I’m even when it’s uncomfortable.

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
At one point in life I would give up frequently, but it would always be at the very end right before I would see how the story blossoms and I see my hard work pay off. I work very hard to continues to work on braking that vicious cycle. Although I am a work in progress and forever will be, I have learned to move intentionally with purpose and a plan knowing that I am the narrator of my story and therefore I deserve to see it through.

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. Where are smart people getting it totally wrong today?
In my opinion, smart people are totally getting it wrong today by not keeping in mind that they don’t know everything and you can always learn something from anyone and everyone no matter the age, sex, or financial status.

Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: What will you regret not doing?
I try to live with less regress as possible, knowing that every situation that I have been through over and under has shaped and molded the woman I am today. It’s giving me more drive and determination to live in my truth. There are only regrets if I allow them to be and I plan on never letting that be.
