Hi Tohni, thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Tohni Jean Bellis, a lifestyle tastemaker, Realtor and award-winning designer based in Fort Lauderdale. I founded Homestyle Decorators with one mantra in mind: making home the ultimate staycation. My style is all about laidback luxury resort-inspired interiors that bring calm, comfort, and a touch of Caribbean sophistication into everyday living.

Along with design, I truly love crafting—whether it’s creating décor pieces by hand, designing Homestyle DECORATORS latest collections, styling with textures, or experimenting with projects that make a space feel both personal and elevated. For me, crafting is another way of slowing down, adding heart to the home, and keeping creativity alive.

Over the years, I’ve been honored to be featured in magazines like Feel Well, Entrepreneur Herald and Island Origins Luxury Edition. Beyond interiors, I also create wellness-driven décor, digital collections, and share stories through my Oceanside Chat YouTube series. To me, luxury isn’t about price tags—it’s about peace, connection, and living beautifully in the spaces we call home.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: Who taught you the most about work?
My parents

What fear has held you back the most in your life?
Being an introvert. But thanks to my dear friend Mashawn, who helped me identify this trait about myself. Since then, I have made it my duty to embrace it as a gift of being an introvert.
