Victoria Agulla Tagle’s Stories, Lessons & Insights

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Victoria Agulla Tagle. Check out our conversation below.

Good morning Victoria, we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?
Integrity is the most important to me, because it’s the compass that keeps me aligned with who I am and what I want to build with others. Intelligence can design paths, energy can fuel them, but without integrity nothing sustains itself. At the same time, my personal strength is the unstoppable energy I carry—I can cross oceans when I’m truly aligned with a vision. For me, the magic happens when integrity anchors me, intelligence gives me perspective, and my energy transforms ideas into reality.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Victoria, though many know me as @Vitussss on social media. LeMURia is the living outcome of my purpose: to create spaces where creativity, culture, and human connection expand beyond limits.
The name comes from the mythical lost continent of Lemuria—a place imagined as diverse, ancient, and full of wisdom. I brought that myth into the present to design a cultural ecosystem in Poblenou, Barcelona. Here, we cultivate the same spirit of resilience and interconnectedness, transforming it into a real community for artists, entrepreneurs, and innovators.
LeMURia is a laboratory of possibilities: a workspace where people from different continents and disciplines meet, collaborate, and build something larger than themselves. The Coworking that integrates art, music and well-being into daily life, so work becomes more than productivity—it becomes meaning, expression, and connection.
What makes LeMURia unique is its essence. It is both a physical home for creativity and a symbolic territory that keeps evolving. Every person who joins leaves a trace in its story, and together we shape a collective future where culture is at the center of transformation.
Right now, I am working on expanding LeMURia’s digital platform, forging new strategic alliances, and creating bridges between the local scene and international talent. My vision is for LeMURia to grow as a continent of ideas—a living, breathing movement that embodies integrity, imagination, and the unstoppable energy that has always guided me.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What relationship most shaped how you see yourself?
The relationships that have most shaped how I see myself are the affective ones—partnerships, companionships, those intimate bonds where emotions run deep. In those spaces, my sensitivity and vulnerability are exposed and tested. They become mirrors that reflect back both my strengths and my shadows.
Through these relationships I’ve discovered the parts of myself that live in the unconscious—the aspects Jung called the shadow. Each bond brings an invitation to meet those hidden dimensions: my fears, my limits, but also my unexplored potential. Working through them with another person becomes a process of transformation.
These relationships are the crucible where I confront myself most honestly. They’ve taught me that growth is less about perfection and more about integration—embracing light and shadow, strength and fragility. That’s why I see them as the most powerful teachers of my own becoming

What’s something you changed your mind about after failing hard?
One of the hardest failures I faced was realizing that my ego was driving me more than my essence. For a long time, I equated success with recognition, visibility, and proving myself. When I failed hard in a project that I had attached my identity to, it felt like a collapse. But in that collapse I discovered something crucial: failure was not about the project, it was about the illusions my ego had built around it.
I changed my mind about failure itself. I stopped seeing it as defeat and began to see it as initiation. Failure stripped away the image I wanted others to see, and forced me to meet myself more honestly. It humbled me, taught me patience, and showed me that true strength comes from resilience and authenticity, not from appearances.
That experience shifted my compass. Now I value process over outcome, and integrity over recognition. Failure, paradoxically, gave me back my freedom.

Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What’s a cultural value you protect at all costs?
At LeMURia, one cultural value we protect at all costs is creative freedom and collaboration. Managing cultural projects is inherently challenging—resources are limited, audiences are diverse, and every project requires balancing artistic vision with practical execution. Yet, we insist that our spaces remain environments where artists, writers, musicians, and cultural entrepreneurs can experiment, share knowledge, and co-create without constraints.
We also uphold inclusion and cultural diversity, ensuring that every voice can contribute, whether from local creators, international artists, or emerging talent. In cultural management, maintaining this openness often means navigating complex logistical and financial hurdles—but we see it as essential to generating meaningful, impactful work.
Finally, responsible innovation is at our core. We embrace new technologies and creative practices, always guided by ethical, social, and sustainable principles. Protecting this value helps LeMURia remain a hub where creativity meets purpose, even amid the challenges of running a cultural organization.

Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. If you retired tomorrow, what would your customers miss most?
If I retired tomorrow, I think my community would miss most is my phoenix identity: my ability to connect deeply, adapt quickly, and reinvent myself constantly. I don’t just offer services—I build bridges, create networks, and help people and projects find the right collaborators at the right moment. I thrive on understanding the unique needs of each client and turning challenges into opportunities. My strength lies in making things happen through connection, creativity, and resilience, and that’s what leaves a lasting impact.
