Jermany , so good to have you with us today. We’ve got so much planned, so let’s jump right into it. We live in such a diverse world, and in many ways the world is getting better and more understanding but it’s far from perfect. There are so many times where folks find themselves in rooms or situations where they are the only ones that look like them – that might mean being the only woman of color in the room or the only person who grew up in a certain environment etc. Can you talk to us about how you’ve managed to thrive even in situations where you were the only one in the room?
I am always confident in who I am and what I have to bring to the table. I know my worth and I’m not afraid to be myself. I’m always open to learning from others and I strive to have a positive attitude. Energy is real and people can sense it. Good people bring good energy and I think people can feel that when I’m in the room, whether they realize it or not.

Hi! My name is Jermany I am a lifestyle content creator. I have a social media marketing company that helps brands bring awareness to their products through social media. I love how creative I can be with my clients. I love all the amazing people that my business allows me to meet and I’m most excited about helping other content creators and female entrepreneurs. I will be releasing some digital products soon to help other content creators!
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Discipline Consistency
Determination
My advice is to keep going! This social media industry takes time…I’m growing and learning every day. I don’t get easily discouraged. I see others that inspire me and I know if they can do it I can do it too.
