Meet Kyle Logan

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Kyle Logan. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Kyle below.

Kyle , thank you so much for joining us today. Let’s jump right into something we’re really interested in hearing about from you – being the only one in the room. So many of us find ourselves as the only woman in the room, the only immigrant or the only artist in the room, etc. Can you talk to us about how you have learned to be effective and successful in situations where you are the only one in the room like you?

I’ve learned to authentically always show up as myself. No matter what room I’m in no matter what it is I show up as me. I’ve always been big on creating my own path and paving a way as myself. I believe when you are you and have the confidence and ability to get the job done what you look like or being the only one in the room that looks like you really don’t matter.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

I am President of Operations of Code Sports Group a full service sports agency. I have the pleasure to be part of the process when it comes to athletes careers on and off the field or court and help make them winners in life while building amazing relationships along the way.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Be passionate
Stay consistent
Always add to your craft

No matter what it is what you’re chasing it’s a process it takes time. The journey can be tiring and adversity will happen so you have to be passionate. The process rewards those who stay committed so keep going, and always be a student of your craft and keep adding value.

If you are early in a journey or chasing something these tools I think are important in the process.

Who has been most helpful in helping you overcome challenges or build and develop the essential skills, qualities or knowledge you needed to be successful?

Connecting with like minded people who are passionate and chasing something like you same industry or not has helped me keep going. Not everyone will understand your vision or your process and that can be draining. So for me I’ve been blessed to connect with passionate people like myself in the same industry or different and having people who understand or going through similar things helped a lot. Your circle is everything.
