Amanda Rose shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.
Amanda, it’s always a pleasure to learn from you and your journey. Let’s start with a bit of a warmup: What do you think others are secretly struggling with—but never say?
Most people will never admit that deep down, they don’t feel good enough. They walk through life comparing themselves to others, silently battling the feeling that they’re always behind, never quite measuring up. But instead of voicing that truth, they put on a brave face, a carefully curated mask that tells the world, “I’m fine. I’ve got this.” The pressure to appear successful, confident, and in control often outweighs the desire to be real about the struggles, so those feelings of inadequacy stay buried where no one can see them.
This unspoken struggle fuels the illusion we see on social media every day. Everyone is playing the same game; smiling for the camera, sharing only the highlight reel, and hiding the messy middle… it creates a lie that we all have it together. The irony is that while people scroll and compare, they’re comparing their hidden struggles to someone else’s polished performance. It becomes a vicious cycle of pretending, which not only deepens insecurity but also keeps people from realizing that almost everyone else feels the same way.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Back in 2013, my very first year as an entrepreneur, I made a grand total of $600. I quit my job at the end of June, jumped headfirst into business, and in my first month, July, I made just $60. But that $60 was everything to me. I had worked 12-hour days learning online marketing and sales, failing multiple times a day, and yet I was proud. That small win showed me it was possible to create money from home, online, on my own terms. Even though the failures piled up, I stayed curious. Each mistake became a lesson, and each rare success became a tool I could carry forward. Growth was painfully slow: $2000 in my second year, $3600 in my third. Still, I held onto the belief that success was inevitable, no matter how long it took.
Everything shifted in 2016 when my husband lost his job. At the time, I was bringing in $600–1000 a month, which felt like progress compared to the early years, but it wasn’t enough to cover our mortgage, bills, or even groceries. Terrified of going back to work for someone else, I turned inward. I dove into money mindset and manifestation. Strategy alone had gotten me this far, but I knew mindset was the missing key. Those next six months tested me emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Yet, after years of living under the poverty line, we manifested over six figures. Our lives changed in ways I could hardly believe. That leap didn’t just shift my income—it shifted who I was and how I approached everything in business and life.
From there, the momentum only grew. I built The Infinite Power of You Inc., co-founded No BS Biz Co. Ltd., became a Business, Wealth, and Mindset Coach, and authored over 20 books across multiple genres. I created more than 40 programs that have transformed lives, became a motivational speaker, and in 2021, I moved into my dream home. My work has been featured in major publications like FOX, CBS, Yahoo! Finance, and NBC, and I’ve been honored with the BRAINZ Global 500 Award and the CREA 2021 Award. By 2022, I had become a self-made millionaire, and today I continue fulfilling my mission of shifting human consciousness to create soulful abundance through mindset practices. In 2025, I expanded again, becoming the owner of Amazing Women Entrepreneurs Network, Amazing Coaches Network, and co-owner of the Rise and Lead Gift Extravaganza. What started as a $60 win has grown into a life of impact, wealth, and purpose.
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
Trust is the foundation of every relationship, whether personal or professional. It’s the invisible thread that holds two people together, creating safety, respect, and mutual understanding. When trust is present, relationships thrive because both parties feel secure enough to be authentic and vulnerable. When trust breaks, it shakes the entire structure. No matter how much history or love exists, without trust, the bond begins to unravel.
The only path forward after trust is broken is through communication, but even then, restoration isn’t guaranteed. Honest conversations can sometimes rebuild what was lost, but just as often, they only bring clarity and closure. Communication may not always repair the relationship, but it can help both people understand what went wrong and decide how to move forward; together or apart. In that way, even if trust can’t be restored, communication ensures growth, healing, and resolution.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
You’re good enough. You are worthy. Stop being so hard on yourself.
Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
If you asked my best friend Tony what matters most to me, he’d tell you without hesitation: animal welfare and the environment. These aren’t just causes I support in passing; they’re at the core of how I live my life and make decisions. Every choice I make, from the way I spend my time to how I build my legacy, is rooted in protecting animals and preserving the planet. It’s why I’ve chosen to leave all of my wealth to charity; because I want to ensure that long after I’m gone, my values continue to make an impact where they’re needed most.
Tony would also tell you about my growing family of rescues; six cats who have completely stolen my heart. Each one of them has their own story and personality, and together they’ve filled my home with life, joy, and purpose. Caring for them is a daily reminder of why I fight for animal welfare in the first place: because every creature deserves safety, love, and a chance to thrive. For me, it’s not just about creating wealth in this lifetime; it’s about using that wealth to make the world better for the beings who can’t speak for themselves.
Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: What do you understand deeply that most people don’t?
I’ve come to understand that everything in the universe is deeply connected. The idea of separation is nothing more than an illusion; what happens to one of us ripples out and affects the whole. When I look at life through this lens, I see that we are all part of the same energy, the same consciousness, the same creation. The divisions we cling to, between people, nations, even within ourselves; are illusions that keep us from experiencing the truth of oneness.
Because of this, I know that love is the only way to create lasting change. Fear, control, and division might bring temporary results, but they never heal. Only love has the power to unify, transform, and restore balance. When I choose love, whether in small acts of kindness or in larger decisions, I’m aligning myself with that universal truth of oneness. And if more of us lived from that space, the world would shift; not through force, but through the unstoppable, expansive power of love.
