I do a lot of scouring for something new. Not just music, but art, poetry, people, small nothings, for inspiration. There are so many people that make beautiful art, that sing to the world, and have so many emotions and stories, and there’s very few that can see them. Read More>>

To keep creativity alive, I’ve learned to meditate and decipher my dreams and take in Sounds that resonate within my sprit. I See without hearing; I listen without thinking; I Feel without touching; I Create with NOT always knowing the outcome. An artist I really admire once told me, ‘If you make a living by being creative and you don’t have a creative outlet that doesn’t make money, you will lose yourself.’ That’s so true. When your creativity becomes your income, it’s easy to let it become purely functional. Read More>>

One of our core rules is that we never use a setlist. It would be easy to take the low-energy route and fall back on the same songs in the same order every night, but that’s not what makes a dueling piano show special. Every audience is different — different personalities, different requests, different energy — so every room has its own path. Read More>>

There are many factors that contribute to keeping my creativity alive. Maintaining creativity is a challenge that I know will never go away, and it is super easy for things to start feeling like they are becoming stale. Maybe we keep writing in a specific style, or everything we write has similar rhythmic themes, etc. Read More>>

Creativity is something you have to fuel, but you also have to let it rest. Anyone who lives a creative life knows what it feels like when you hit a block. Whether you’re an artist, singer, songwriter, author, or someone building something in business, creativity usually comes from that burning passion to create something. And it’s very normal for that feeling to come and go. Read More>>

I keep my creativity alive by drawing every day and pulling from real-life experiences that I feel are worth sharing with others. Sometimes they’re just jokes or awkward moments from my day, while other times they explore more serious subjects that I present through fantasy. I’m a firm believer that creativity thrives in a vacuum of one, but evolves through the perspectives of many. Collaboration is my favorite way to keep my energy high. Whether it’s a formal brainstorm or a casual check-in with a peer, hearing how someone else solves a problem often sparks a ‘missing link’ in my own process. Read More>>

Creativity for me comes from staying connected to how I feel and what I’m experiencing in real life. I’ve learned that creativity isn’t something you force. It’s something you protect. For me that means allowing myself space to explore different ideas, whether that’s through music, building something new, or even just observing the world around me. Read More>>

That’s a great question. I really try to not force the process. I love to crank up tunes in my studio and just let design ideas flow—from sort of getting lost in the music. I keep my creativity alive by tending to it every day. I choose to stay curious—to move through the world in awe of the quiet, constant acts of creation unfolding around me. Nature, in particular, is an extraordinary teacher. A walk in the park, a glowing sunset, even the rhythm of changing seasons—these simple moments remind me that creation is always happening.
