Hate is inevitable in any career that is in the public eye, but with the right strategies and mindset, I’ve been able to remain focused and resilient. Confidence is key. I have developed a strong belief in myself and my abilities, and I know that the only thing that can stop me from achieving my goals is myself. Read more>>

I stay focused on the end goal. If they’re hating, I must be doing something right. Just have to stay focused, because the doubt and the hate is just a distraction from the main goal. Tunnel vision!!! Read more>>

I realize that any thing that is of true value and extreme significance will be opposed until it is acknowledged by those who others find popular. It hurts in the beginning because you know what you possess is of great value but you persist because you have a track record of God rewarding those who diligently seek Him, it’s like an invisible push that causes you to continue on. I Can see exactly where I am going to end up in life and I am stopping at nothing to achieve it! Once you envision your dream lifestyle and truly believe in yourself no one can stop you from getting there, no matter how long it takes or what anyone says. You just have to lock in and be so delusional that you don’t believe you can be stopped. Read more>>

I worked my way into independent film over the course of three years and gained a fair amount of responsibility fast. It was the first time I had a job title that I was eager to share with peers and family, and the first time I had a regular paycheck attached to a visibly creative trade after many years with a semi-dormant art degree. My ancestors and my spirit team help me to persist, they cheer me on and push me to keep going. My faith in a Free Turtle Island keeps me very grounded. There are a lot of people out there who pray on my downfall. They don’t like that I’m loud, messy, and fierce in my pursuit for freedom. I’m not going to lie some days I low key keep going out of spite… Read more>>

Growing up in a small southern town, a career in such a creative field like Acting and the entertainment industry wasn’t quite understood. The high school I attend put so much pressure on students to know what they wanted to do with the rest of their lives during their Freshman year at 14 years old. Read more>>

I persist despite the haters and nay sayers by continuing to prove them wrong. When I first started on this music journey I was fully aware and informed that everyone would not support me. I don’t dwell on that or allow it to consume me. I know I’m not everyone’s cup of tea or that everyone may not fully understand me or my artistry.  Read more>>

Doubting me is like adding fuel to my fire! Nothing pleases me more than to prove someone wrong about who they think I am or what I’m capable of. One thing you should never stop doing is perfecting your craft, there’s no such this as being “too good”! Read more>>

There’s always going to be someone who will say you aren’t good enough or that what you’re doing isn’t the right way to do it, what I know from experience is that the dogs I have helped and will help need me to be able to give them a better life and that trumps anyone’s opinion about me or how I run my business. Persisting despite the haters and nay-sayers is something I’ve learned to embrace as my videos continue to go viral. Given that my homeland is quite conservative and not accustomed to alternative lifestyles, the backlash can be intense. When it first started happening in 2021, I experienced a lot of anxiety and felt tempted to prove myself to the haters. Read more>>

I had lots of experience with this issue growing up. My stepdad hated my career path and would often fight with my mother about my life choices. Seeing the way this panned out from a very young age caused me to develop a thick skin and a “do it yourself” attitude.  Read more>>

I’ve outlasted most of my haters and nay-sayers. In my early twenties and in the early 2000s, I produced my first Fetish Ball event called Seductive World and a rival promoter would have his minions remove our flyers off cars after we had put flyers on them (we caught them doing this). They would also bad mouth us online before the event took place. Read more>>
