We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful CIANNA ALEXIS. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with CIANNA below.
Hi CIANNA, appreciate you sitting with us today. Maybe we can start with a topic that we care deeply about because it’s something we’ve found really sets folks apart and can make all the difference in whether someone reaches their goals. Self discipline seems to have an outsized impact on how someone’s life plays out and so we’d love to hear about how you developed yours?
My Self discipline comes from my commitment to my goals. I’ve learned that success requires consistency and adaptability.
I had to have a lot of discipline to get where I’m at today and having discipline can benefit you in many different areas of your life.
I like to practice setting clear objectives, and goals, taking accountability, and also embracing challenges as they are simply opportunities to grow!
Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
My name is Cianna Alexis, I also go by LEXXI. I’m a multifaceted independent artist, entrepreneur, model & visionary .
I’m dedicated to Creating art that is impactful . I’m currently curating my sound and working on navigating the industry dynamics.
Beyond that, I like to explore entrepreneurial ventures that align with my long-term goals.
For me, creativity and business go hand-in-hand . I approach them both with the same discipline, adaptability, versatility, and vision for long-term success.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
I think the three skills that were the most impactful and beneficial to my journey are
-Being resourceful/Networking
-Adaptability, *creatively and financially
-Being real but highly optimistic
Advice for people that are early in their journey, I think the best way to develop or improve on these is to have patience and do a lot of research in areas where you find yourself lacking.
Looking back over the past 12 months or so, what do you think has been your biggest area of improvement or growth?
Within the last 12 months, I’ve built momentum in multiple areas.
Ive successfully gotten more visibility as an artist. I’ve also successfully solidified some groundwork when it comes to brand collaborations and stepping into the industry.
