We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Davi Stefond . We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Davi below.

Hi Davi , thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?

I grew up with a very intelligent hard working family. I think it was inherent.
I also moved out at a very young age so working so young and learning how to survive at an early age gave me discipline but also to work hard.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

Iam an actor. I’ve been pursuing it for about two years now. I have several projects being released this coming year 2024. Have worked with Issa Rae, Serpenrwirhfeet, and Jon Batiste along with several campaigns and music videos I have been in.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

I think everyone has their own journey, however I think having discipline and having patience is very important. It’s a marathon and things don’t happen overnight, however if you have a goal and work hard for it, there’s no reason it can’t happen.

To close, maybe we can chat about your parents and what they did that was particularly impactful for you?

Allowing me to be myself and explore who I was. Whatever I have deceived to do for a career my parents have always been supportive and one of my biggest cheerleaders.
