Karen , so great to have you with us today. There are so many topics we want to ask you about, but perhaps the one we can start with is burnout. How have you overcome or avoided burnout?

As a generational healer, I find myself more susceptible to absorbing my clients’ negative or intense energy, especially during ritual cleanses. To counter this, I prioritize self-care rituals, grounding my energy and establishing a strong connection with the universe to prevent quick burnout. Although it’s inevitable, I’ve discovered that I can bounce back by showing myself gentle love, practicing self-care, and engaging in activities that rejuvenate my spirit.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

Hello, I’m Karen. I work as a generational healer, intuitive psychic, and custodian of ritual cleanses and ancestral wisdom. Besides being a wife, daughter, and mother, I founded K.O. Healing in 2021, which led to another venture with my husband (Sweetpushtrucking LLC). This opportunity allowed me to transition from the corporate world in 2023 to devote my full attention to K.O. Healing and my son’s education.

Engaging in monthly events and creative projects has been my focus. I am thrilled about shifting towards working more from home and offering my exceptional services to clients in a home setting. Stay tuned for exciting new seasonal candle sets and additional inventory coming soon.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

The three key elements that have greatly influenced my journey are:

Personal Integrity: I grasped this concept early on; without integrity towards oneself, integrity towards others and one’s work cannot be achieved.

Positive Outlook: Maintaining a positive perspective in all aspects of life is crucial, as nothing is guaranteed in this unpredictable journey called life. Positivity ensures that happiness and energy remain aligned.

Ancestral Wisdom: Listening to my ancestors has been invaluable; they serve as the most reliable teachers and guides. Don’t be afraid to be guided by your elders.

How would you describe your ideal client?

My ideal clients are individuals who are eager to discover their inner magic and embark on a spiritual journey. They are ready to address their traumas and begin the healing process. These clients aim to enhance their lives, uplift their energy, explore the realm of energy, uncover their suppressed gifts, navigate their confusion about the supernatural, and seek genuine guidance and support from a caring soul.
