Mario , looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?

I have a strong work ethic which was taught to me from a young age growing up by my family. I learned that you always try hard at everything you do and learn from your mistakes. You may not hit a home run every time but you win by never stopping. This taught me that you continue working hard no matter what life throws at you. Overcoming challenges and experiencing the rewards of hard work can reinforce the value of effort and persistence. Personal achievements and the satisfaction that comes with them can be powerful motivators. It is also important to have good role models and mentors in your life. They provide great advice and help build you for success.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

My background has focused on bringing new products to market through my design firm Avadium located in Scottsdale, Arizona. This was my foundation on creating new products, creating new brands, packaging and marketing new products in the retail space. I have now focused on an Energy Drink company called Nudrate. We are working to bring a better drink to the world but still supply all the benefits of an energy drink with a great taste. Nudrate has become a passion of mine and we have set some great short term and long term goals for the company.

Nudrate Energy drinks started as a single idea and has grown into multiple products including supplements and pre-workouts. The most popular products are still the original Nudrate energy drink and sugar free edition. We are focused on growing the company and will continue to innovate as we expand our product lineup.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

I think there are three qualities that were focused points and impactful on my journey. The first was a focus on networking and relationship building. Building a strong network can open doors to new opportunities, partnerships, mentorship, and resources. Networking helps entrepreneurs gain insights, advice, and support from other experienced professionals.

The second was marketing and sales. Effective marketing and sales strategies are essential for attracting customers, generating revenue, and achieving business growth. Understanding how to promote products or services and close sales is fundamental for any entrepreneur.

The third is adaptability and resilience. The business landscape is dynamic and unpredictable. Entrepreneurs must be able to adapt to changes, overcome setbacks, and persist through challenges. Resilience ensures they can bounce back from failures and continue striving toward their goals.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?

We are looking for retail partners and influencers to collaborate with to bring the Nudrate brand to more people. We are looking for retailers or gym owners who want to carry our products to reach out and get signed up with our team to help grow sales in their companies. We also need brand ambassadors and influencers who believe in Nudrate products and our mission behind the brand.
