Meet Whitney

We were lucky to catch up with Whitney recently and have shared our conversation below.

Whitney, appreciate you making time for us and sharing your wisdom with the community. So many of us go through similar pain points throughout our journeys and so hearing about how others overcame obstacles can be helpful. One of those struggles is keeping creativity alive despite all the stresses, challenges and problems we might be dealing with. How do you keep your creativity alive?

Grand question! Creativity isn’t always easy, especially when stress, writer’s block, or other obstacles get in the way. For me, dance has been a game-changer. It’s something I’m still new to, as dance wasn’t a big part of my upbringing. But now? I can’t imagine my life without it. Even if I’m not the best dancer, moving my hips has unlocked an abundance of creativity. There’s something beautiful about activating that sacral center, the energy hub for creativity. Plus, it’s not just good for the spirit; it’s great for physical and emotional health too.

Another key to keeping my creativity alive? Recharging and self-care. I’ve learned the hard way that you can’t pour from an empty cup. Operating at your best requires balance, so I prioritize “me days”, time to step back, reset, and realign with my purpose. In a world that glorifies hustle, it’s easy to burn out. But we all need moments of release and relaxation to reconnect with ourselves and our creative callings.

And then there’s nature. Stepping outside, walking barefoot on the grass, and soaking in the beauty around us, it’s pure rejuvenation. It’s where I find space to breathe, to reflect, and to let my creativity flow freely.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

Well, you might be surprised to learn that it took me a long time to call myself an actual “influencer”. My focus has never been about the title. It has been more about healing the world, growing more trees and promoting that us as people should thrive, not just survive, in every sense of the word. Physically, mentally, emotionally, and beyond, Healing over Everything is more than a brand; it’s a whole movement.

This journey hasn’t been easy. There have been challenges, setbacks, and moments of doubt along the way. But every obstacle has only deepened my commitment to the mission.

What began as simple posts about taking care of our temples, promoting love, unity and boundaries has grown into two thriving brands, each dedicated to a different layer of holistic well-being. My journey into natural health led me to becoming an herbalist and diving deeper into herbalism, and that’s when The Everything Healer was born. Together, these brands offer a wide range of products and services, from jewelry and EMF protection products to intuitive services, herbal blends, and natural health products, all designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit.

It’s exciting to see how far this journey has come, and I’m even more thrilled about what’s next. Whether you’re here for the healing, the community, or the journey itself, it is always amazing to connect.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Three qualities that have shaped my journey:

Discipline as a foundation
Discipline is the quiet force that keeps you moving forward when all of the motivation fades. Life isn’t always inspiring. There will be days when you don’t feel like showing up at all. But discipline is what shows up anyway. It’s the commitment to take the next step, even when progress isn’t visible. This quality has honestly been my anchor, reminding me that consistency matters more than fleeting inspiration.

Purpose over profit
In a world that often measures success in dollars, I’ve learned the value of doing things for the joy of the work itself. Money is important, but it shouldn’t be the sole driver. When you align your actions with your calling, whether it’s creativity, service, or a deeper purpose, you tap into something deeper. I personally feel you should follow your calling; what the Most High or whoever you don’t or do believe in wants you to do with your life. Also, follow what excites your spirit, not just what fills your wallet.

Passion as a compass
Passion is the fuel that sustains you through challenges. For me, it’s about growing trees, promoting love with boundaries and building brands that align with that vision. Whatever your passion is, hold it close. People might doubt your dreams, but your focus and drive come from within. Stay true to your “why,” even as you learn and adapt along the way. Growth isn’t linear and it is totally okay to unlearn old patterns and embrace new ones as you evolve.

Who is your ideal client or what sort of characteristics would make someone an ideal client for you?

My ideal client is someone who values open-mindedness and fresh perspectives.

I don’t impose my beliefs or biases on others. Your religious background, creed, or personal/professional status doesn’t matter to me, as long as you’re open to exploring new ideas and approaches, we can work together effectively. We are all human; on our own personal journeys. What matters most is your willingness to engage with curiosity, love and adaptability. Like I always say, “We are all human so go be human. Go be you”.
