At Philips Nonprofit Consulting, we specialize in prospect research, fundraising training, and fundraising consulting for nonprofits. As a CFRE-certified trainer, we provide top-tier expertise, empowering organizations to thrive and maximize their potential. What makes our work most exciting is the ability to witness real change and growth within the organizations we support. We are not just building capacities; we are fostering connections, nurturing communities, and enabling dreams.
I am also immensely proud to be the Founder of Proverbs 31 Business Women Fellowship, a faith based initiative aimed at empowering and nurturing women in the business landscape. It is a testament to my belief in mentorship, collaboration, and community growth.

Looking back on my journey, the three qualities that have been most impactful for me are resilience, strategic thinking, and empathy.
Resilience: As an African immigrant and someone deeply invested in the challenging field of nonprofit consulting, resilience has been a cornerstone of my success. It’s the ability to face obstacles, learn from failures, and keep moving forward that has shaped my career. For those early in their journey, I would advise cultivating resilience by embracing challenges as opportunities to learn and grow. Understand that setbacks are not defeats but stepping stones towards success.
Strategic Thinking: My work as the CEO and President of Philips Nonprofit Consulting required a clear vision, a comprehensive understanding of the field, and the ability to navigate complex landscapes. In the past 12 months, one of my most significant areas of growth has been the integration of my Christian faith into my business practice and the subsequent inception of the Proverbs 31 Business Women Fellowship.

The decision to more explicitly weave my Christian values into my business was not merely a strategic move; it was a calling to create a more profound and purpose-driven impact.
