What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?

Every morning, the first thing I do is thank God for blessing me with another day and for the mental, physical, and emotional strength to take it on. Then I spend a little time playing with the puppies and feeding them. While they eat, I map out my priorities for the day. Read more>>

For the first 20 minutes, I engage in my morning priming routine. This includes prayer, acknowledging my fears and how I’ll face them, expressing gratitude, and visualizing a positive day. The following 60 minutes are dedicated to interval cardio, and I finish the 90 minutes by texting family and clients, wishing them a wonderful day before starting work. Read more>>
