My generosity comes from gratitude. I’ve been through a lot—moving countries, starting over, rebuilding my life—and I’ve seen how much of a difference one kind gesture can make. Whether it was a stranger helping me with directions when I felt lost, or someone simply believing in me when I doubted myself, those small acts had a huge impact.
Because of that, I always want to give back—whether it’s sharing knowledge, encouraging others, or just showing up for someone. I know what it feels like to be on both sides, and I genuinely believe that kindness and support ripple outward. Read More>>

Generosity, to me, isn’t just about giving things—it’s about creating space, making people feel seen, and helping others feel strong in who they are. That’s the heart of everything I do with At Her Core Fitness. Read More>>

I come from Colombia, a country profoundly affected by ongoing social issues like poverty, corruption, and internal conflict – these have shaped the living conditions of many Colombians, including my family and I. From a young age, I was taught the importance of respect, empathy, gratitude, and generosity, despite the challenges we faced. I believe my generosity stems from observing my family and peers. My generosity comes from the fact that first of all I like to see people feel good, I always like to offer and see smiles on others, and then, most importantly, my generosity comes from the fact that I have never, or almost never, received generosity. Especially here in London. Too many people who think about themselves. I’m someone who always likes to go against the tide Read More>>

My generosity comes from me knowing what it feels like to be without, to be hurt, to have lost, or to want something so bad but unsuccessful in receiving. Those feelings can be so painful that I knew that I would never want those feelings for anyone else. So, I’ll go out of my way to be generous with my time, money, and love for someone or something, in the hopes that it takes away from any of their burdens. Read More>>
