I don’t think I “found” my purpose – I feel that it is what God is telling me to do. I use the term divine assignment over purpose. I feel the sum total of my experiences make me specifically designed to support this work. Without being too detailed over my education career, I fell in love with teaching; regardless of any other title I have, I always will consider myself a teacher. Read more>>

My purpose in life was shaped significantly by my personal experiences, particularly my struggles and triumphs with mental health. Growing up, I faced numerous mental health challenges that allowed me to deeply empathize with those who are hurting. This personal connection to mental health issues became even more profound when, at the age of 15, I lost my best friend to his own mental health struggles. Read more>>

What makes me get out of bed every day is this: Theoretically, we all have the right to the same rights. But in practice, we don’t.
