Awake! A quiet prayer rises to God for my gratitude and request for strength to ground the day. Slowly, I move toward the space where my awakening continues, ‘the bathroom’ for a fresh wash, soft lounge wear, and a sense of ease. With intention, I open the 13 windows of my home, welcoming the morning light and allowing love, expectation, and grace to flow in. Read More>>

Wake up without an alarm – I’m pretty sure our bodies aren’t supposed to be jolted awake on a regular bases if we want to be healthy. Drink 32 ounces of water – Gotta get hydrated. Every morning I carve out time to begin without rushing. My day starts with a warm cup of matcha — my favorite ritual — followed by meditation, reflection, and journaling. This simple practice helps me slow down, get clear, and create space for the day ahead. Yoga doesn’t just happen on the mat — it starts with how we greet ourselves each morning. Read More>>

I am big on owning the morning! Own the morning and you’ll own the day. The first thing I do is drink some water and take my supplements. I avoid scrolling on the phone or taking phone calls (I don’t always get up super early because my brain goes into hyperfocus mode after midnight, it seems lol) so that I can keep my peace. I am not a morning person. I’m just not. A few years back, I stopped feeling guilty and beating myself up about it and that was a game changer for me. Instead of forcing myself out of bed and spending the next 2-3 hours miserable, I now let myself sleep in and wake up leisurely. Read More>>

This 3-4 minute routine has undisputedly changed my life and I’m so grateful I discovered it. I highly recommend self-affirmation practice to anyone who is working on their personal growth. As soon as I open my eyes I let the world wash into me. Is it the light peaking through the window? Is it a buzz from my phone? Is it a bird chirping on the street? The start of the day fills my brain and body, I do not judge it, I simply let it in. Read More>>

The first 90 minutes of my day set the tone for the rest of my day. It’s a time I cherish, a time to quiet the noise in my head and be still. I avoid taking early morning calls because that’s my sacred time—the only exception is if it is a real emergency. Read More>>
